Installationen og arkivet er en levende organisme som udvikles af deltagerne og holdes i gang af frivillige. Værterne i receptionen performer som arkivarer og uddeler arkivkort til interesserede besøgende, der vil dele deres natur-erfaringer fra lokalområdet. Bagsiden af kortet giver mulighed for at laminere pressede eller flade objekter. Strategien skal etablere et ejerskab, der breder sig ud i lokalområdet. Arkivet henvender sig til alle, både lokale brugere af skovens rekreative arealer, fuglekiggere og et kunstpublikum på opdagelse i omgivelserne. Den besøgende udfylder et arkivkort, Skovhus-værterne laminerer og arkiverer kortene og publikum får nu anbefalet en ny rute eller finder selv en i arkivet, som de kan låne med ud i skoven. The installation and archive is a living organism developed by the participants and kept going by volunteers. The exceptional thing is that the hosts at the reception perform as archivists and hand out archive cards to interested visitors who want to share their nature experiences from the local area. The back of the card allows for laminating pressed or flat objects. The strategy must establish ownership that spreads throughout the local area. The archive is aimed at everyone, both local users of the forest's recreational areas, bird watchers and an art audience discovering the surroundings. The visitor fills in an archive map, the Skovhus hosts laminate and archive the maps and the audience is now recommended a new route or finds one in the archive themselves, which they can borrow out into the forest.The project is supported by the Danish Arts Council.
