I forbindelse med billboard projektet Women 2003 broderede Mette Kit Jensen ordet “Undskyld” på et stykke rødt silke og brugte det som motiv. Skiltet var ment som en offentlig undskyldning for ikke at kunne/ville opfylde æstetiske forventninger.

In connection with the billboard project “Women 2003”, Mette Kit Jensen embroidered the words “Excuse Me” onto a piece of red silk and used this as a motive. The intention of the sign was a public apology for not wanting or being able to live up to the aesthetic expectations.
